Average stay but with an excellent restaurant and good F&B staff
The rooms are standard. The food was extremely tasty. Staff at the restaurant are extremely courteous and friendly. Always at your service.
The guy at the reception had an attitude of “you are privileged to be my guest” and did not have a minimum courtesy to even smile. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. There’s dirt seen on the floor There was dust on the carpets - not vacuumed. The disaster was the AC - room temperature was showing 25.9 and after setting the AC by their AC technician to 20; it showed 24.9 the next day morning. Couldn’t sleep well because the room was not cool at all.

Exceptional Stay at Radisson Srinagar: A Warm Welcome and Outstanding Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in Srinagar for a week-long trip, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The entire staff greets guests with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. Additionally, for breakfast, they also offer Kashmiri noon chai, which was a delightful experience for me being a Kashmiri. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Tahir, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. He was always there to assist with any questions or requests I had, and his professionalism and genuine care for guests truly stood out. His dedication to making my stay pleasant was greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in my overall experience. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the bathroom, in particular, was a shining example of the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. It's evident that the Radisson Hotel Srinagar takes cleanliness seriously, which is especially important during these times. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in maintaining the room and bathroom. Safe as well as an iron and ironing board, were not initially available in the room. However, upon contacting room service, a new digital safe was promptly installed, and the required iron and related accessories were quickly provided.
The hotel's taxi service is rather costly. Instead, when needed I chose to utilise local app ride services similar to Uber, which were significantly far less expensive for getting around the city.
